To provide a radio wave propagation path maintenance system capable of assisting an amount of work for detecting an influence substance affecting propagation of radio waves.SOLUTION: A radio wave propagation path maintenance system 12 includes: an acquisition unit 121 for acquiring photographing information obtained by a photographing device 11 for photographing a ground area between a plurality of relay objects 2 for transmitting and receiving radio waves; a calculation unit 124 for showing a three-dimensional position of a propagation path on which radio waves propagate to calculate a three-dimensional propagation path model whose shape is constant on a plane orthogonal to a line connecting a plurality of relay objects; and a first detection unit 125 for detecting an influence substance influencing propagation of radio waves based on the photographic information and the three-dimensional propagation path model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
