To efficiently recover regenerative energy and prevent fuel consumption or AER of a vehicle from decreasing by avoiding unnecessary switching from regenerative braking to friction braking.SOLUTION: In a vehicle brake control device 10 and a vehicle brake control method, when a wheel speed Vw of each rear wheel 16 is below a wheel speed threshold Vwth2, it is determined that slip of each rear wheel 16 has occurred. When a regenerative brake device 20 performs regenerative braking according to the occurrence of slip, a correction drive force Fa is calculated on the basis of a deviation (Vwth2 - Vw) between the wheel speed Vw and the wheel speed threshold Vwth2. When the correction drive force Fa exceeds a correction amount threshold Fth according to a slip ratio threshold Sth, it is determined that switching from the regenerative braking to friction braking is necessary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】回生制動から摩擦制動への不必要な掛け替えを回避することで、回生エネルギを効率的に回収すると共に、車両の燃費又はAERの低下を防止する。【解決手段】車両制動制御装置10及び車両制動制御方法では、各後輪16の車輪速Vwが車輪速閾値Vwth2を下回る場合に、各後輪16のスリップが発生したと判定し、回生制動装置20がスリップの発生に基づき回生制動を行う場合、車輪速Vwと車輪速閾値Vwth2との偏差(Vwth2−Vw)に基づき補正駆動力Faを算出し、補正駆動力Faがスリップ率閾値Sthに応じた補正量閾値Fthを超える場合、回生制動から摩擦制動への掛け替えが必要と判定する。【選択図】図2
