To support operation of an operator in association with a sleep state of the operator.SOLUTION: An operation support device 50 comprises a correspondence acquisition unit 71, a sleep feature amount calculation unit 72 and an operation behavior extraction unit 73. The correspondence acquisition unit 71 acquires a correspondence which is prepared for each driver of a vehicle 2, the correspondence being between a sleep feature amount for evaluating a sleep state and an occurrence frequency of an operation behavior which causes operation behavior risky driving. The sleep feature amount calculation unit 72 calculates a sleep feature amount of the driver. The operation behavior extraction unit 73 refers to the correspondence and extracts an operation behavior predicted to increase in the occurrence frequency on that day on the basis of the sleep feature amount calculated by the sleep feature amount calculation unit 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
