To perform cleaning according to a difficulty level of removal of a foreign object adhering to window glass.SOLUTION: A vehicle cleaning device 10 includes: an on-vehicle camera 20 which detects a foreign object adhering to front glass 12; a nozzle 32 which jets a cleaning fluid toward the front glass 12; a wiper blade 28 which wipes a surface of the front glass 12; and a cleaning ECU 18. The cleaning ECU 18 determines a difficulty level of removal of the foreign object detected by the on-vehicle camera 20 to determine a jet amount of the cleaning fluid jetted by the nozzle 32 based on the determined difficulty level of the removal of the foreign object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
