To provide a storage battery control device which allows proper use of a storage battery.SOLUTION: A storage battery control device determines a use voltage range of a storage battery, and permits use of the storage battery on the basis of the fact that a terminal voltage of the storage battery falls within the use voltage range. The storage battery control device includes a current obtaining unit that obtains a discharge current flowing through the storage battery during a discharge time of the storage battery, and a voltage range setting unit that sets a second lower limit voltage Vmin2 for defining the use voltage range on the basis of the discharge current flowing through the storage battery, by using a discharge characteristic which indicates the relation between an SOC and the terminal voltage of the storage battery during the discharge time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】蓄電池の適正な使用を実現することができる蓄電池制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】蓄電池制御装置は、蓄電池の使用電圧範囲を定めておき、蓄電池の端子電圧が使用電圧範囲内にあることに基づいて、蓄電池の使用を許容する。この蓄電池制御装置は、蓄電池の放電中において当該蓄電池に流れる放電電流を取得する電流取得部と、放電中における蓄電池のSOCと端子電圧との関係を示す放電特性を用いて、当該蓄電池に流れる放電電流に基づいて、使用電圧範囲を規定する第2下限電圧Vmin2を設定する電圧範囲設定部と、を備える。【選択図】図3
