To provide a system for transmission/reception of a vessel emergency signal capable of acquiring speedy rescue even when another vessel is not positioned in a nearby position as to be in sight.SOLUTION: A transmitter emits an emergency signal of own vessel. A receiver receives an emergency signal from another vessel. An output device outputs emergency information indicating an existence of the emergency signal from another vessel. A controller outputs emergency information by controlling the output device when the emergency signal from another vessel is received by the receiver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
