To provide means to solve a problem that there were not enough concrete measures to prevent traffic accidents between walking movement, biking movement, motorcycle movement and movement of people when stopped and a driving vehicle.SOLUTION: Each movement information on walking movement, biking movement, motorcycle movement, movement of people when stopped, and a driving vehicle is shared by using only smart phones, and it is possible to perform safe driving and automatic driving to prevent traffic accidents by setting a VR space that dynamically surrounds each of them, determining a degree of danger based on the degree of proximity of this VR space, and communicating information and issuing warnings to both parties.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
