To provide a window member excellent in radio wave transmittance and excellent in weather resistance to humidity.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a first glass plate, a radio wave transmitting member including at least one resin layer opposed to the main surface of the first glass plate, and a breathable waterproof material provided such that the resin layer is not exposed, in which the moisture proof material has the moisture vapor permeability at temperature 40°C, humidity 90%RH measured according to JIS Z 0208:1976 is 0.5(g/m2 day) or smaller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
