To improve sound insulation with respect to intake noise in an engine room structure in which a capsule cover is arranged.SOLUTION: An engine room structure of a vehicle includes: a capsule cover 50 which has a rear side wall section 53 located between a dash panel 4 for partitioning an engine room ER from a cabin of a vehicle 1 and an engine E; an intake pipe 22 which extends to bypass the engine E from a vehicle rear side along the rear side wall section 53 outside the rear side wall section 53; and an outside panel 70 which extends along the rear side wall section 53 so as to connect the dash panel 4 and a suspension tower 15 of the vehicle 1 and forms a space section 95 in cooperation with the rear side wall section 53 between the rear side wall section 53 and the dash panel 4. At least a part of the intake pipe 22 is stored in the space section 95 between the rear side wall section 53 and the outside panel 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
