To provide a suspended load monitoring device, a crane, a suspended load monitoring method, and a program capable of improving safety of crane works by notifying an operator of the movement destination of the suspended load.SOLUTION: A suspended load monitoring device 1 comprises a boom position acquisition part 22 to acquire a boom tip position, a suspended load position acquisition part 23 to acquire the suspended load position, a locus prediction part 25, a suspended load movement area determination part 26 to determine the suspended load movement area based on a first locus and a second locus predicted by the locus prediction part 25, and a display part 40 to notify suspended load movement information based on the suspended load movement area determined by the suspended load movement area determination part 26, where the locus prediction part predicts the first locus of the suspended load during a constant period in the case of assuming that the operation lever to operate a crane device is at the first position and predicts the second locus of the suspended load during a constant period in the case of assuming that the operation lever is at the second position different from the first position, based on the boom tip position acquired by the boom position acquisition part 22 and the suspended load position acquired by the suspended load position acquisition part 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
