To require low heat build-up and durability with respect to a construction vehicle large-sized tire, in view of the fact that a construction vehicle such as a large-sized damp is operated for a long period of time in a state of loading a heavy load.SOLUTION: A rubber composition is obtained by mixing in the ratio of 0.5-3.0 pts.mass of a specific hydrazide compound, 1-5 pts.mass of zinc oxide, and 30-60 pts.mass of carbon black having N2SA of 60-150 m2/g, based on 100 pts.mass of diene rubber containing 80 pts.mass or more of natural rubber, and is prepared by passing a first step of obtaining a mixture by mixing a hydrazide compound and carbon black, and a second step of obtaining a mixture by mixing zinc oxide to the mixture obtained in the first step. A maximum arrival temperature at the time of mixing in the first step is 140-170°C, and a storage elastic modulus and a breaking elongation have a specific relation.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】大型ダンプなどの建設車両は、重荷重積載の状態で長時間稼働する。このような建設車両用大型タイヤは、低発熱性や耐久性が求められる。【解決手段】天然ゴムを80質量部以上含むジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し、特定のヒドラジド化合物を0.5〜3.0質量部、亜鉛華を1〜5質量部、N2SAが60〜150m2/gのカーボンブラックを30〜60質量部の割合で混合してなり、ヒドラジド化合物およびカーボンブラックを混合して混合物を得る第1工程と、第1工程で得られた混合物に亜鉛華を混合して混合物を得る第2工程とを経て調製され、第1工程の混合時の最高到達温度が140〜170℃であり、かつ貯蔵弾性率と破断伸びが特定の関係を有するゴム組成物によって、上記課題を解決した。【選択図】なし
