To estimate an accurate position and an attitude state of an unmanned aircraft, and to allow the unmanned aircraft and a ground device to communicate with each other through a simplified constitution.SOLUTION: An unmanned aircraft control communication system includes an unmanned aircraft and a ground-side device. The ground-side device comprises: a light signal group irradiation part which emits a light signal group consisting of a plurality of light signals each including identification information substantially radially into a space such that mutual optical axis intervals gradually widen; and a ground-side light receiving element. The unmanned aircraft comprises: at least one aircraft-side light receiving element; a retroreflector; an optical shutter which is positioned in an optical path of retroreflection light by the retroreflector, and can control passing or cutoff of the retroreflection light; and an aircraft-side control part which uses identification information of a light signal to estimate a position and an attitude state of the unmanned aircraft, and also controls an optical shutter to generate a light signal for communication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
