To provide a powder coating material which enables formation of a coated film having a small coefficient of dynamic friction in an initial sliding period and after sliding for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A powder coating material (X) contains polyolefin resin particles (A) satisfying the following requirements (I) to (III), and satisfies the following requirement (X1). (I) A particle diameter d50 with a cumulative volume of 50% measured according to JIS Z 8827-1:2008 is 2-20 μm. (II) A particle diameter d90 with a cumulative volume of 90% measured according to JIS Z 8827-1:2008 is 5-25 μm. (III) A gel fraction is 60-90%. (X1) An amount of a component eluted in a super supernatant liquid which is obtained by stirring 5 g of the powder coating material (X) at 80°C for 30 minutes in 30 ml of methyl isobutyl ketone is 0-2.0 mass% with respect to 100 mass% of the powder coating material (X).SELECTED DRAWING: None
