To calculate an efficient boarding point for both of a user and a mobile body.SOLUTION: A server device comprises: a storage section which stores map information including an object road of an automatic operation, a departure point, a boarding desiring time, and a present location of a mobile body to perform the automatic operation; a route calculation section which calculates the departure point, a boarding candidate point on an object road of the automatic operation within a range to enable a user to move from the departure point before the boarding desiring time, and a boarding scheduled time to board the mobile body at the boarding candidate point, defines the boarding candidate point where the boarding scheduled time is to be closest to the boarding desiring time among the boarding scheduled times, as a boarding point, and then calculates a departure time at the departure point based on a user movement route and its required time from the departure point to the boarding point; a display information generation section which generates guide information including the boarding scheduled time at the boarding point, the departure time, and the user movement route; and a communication section which transmits the guide information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
