To improve fuel use efficiency through supplying an internal combustion engine independent from a driving power source with heat produced when generating electric power with drive of the internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A vehicle heat management control device comprises: a drive motor (12) which generates power to drive a vehicle through electric power supply; an electric power generation motor (22) which generates electric power with drive of an electric power generation engine (20); an inverter (24) for power generation which controls the electric power generation motor; a heat transfer section (30A) which transfers heat produced through the inverter for power generation to a heat medium; a heat supply section (30B) which supplies the electric power generation engine with the heat transferred to the heat medium; a circulation circuit (30) which circulates the heat medium between the heat transfer section and the heat supply section; and a pump (32) which is installed in the circulation circuit and circulates the heat medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
