To reduce the data traffic associated with battery management.SOLUTION: Disclosed battery information management device includes a collection unit and a transmission unit. The collection unit is configured to, when the degree of deterioration of a battery is less than a reference, collect battery information relevant to the battery at a first collection cycle, and when the degree of deterioration of the battery is above the reference, to collect the battery information at a second collection cycle shorter than the first collection cycle.
