To achieve both impartiality of turn waiting at a waiting station and vehicle allocation efficiency.SOLUTION: A vehicle dispatch management control device comprises: a map information acquisition unit 32; a waiting station information acquisition unit 33; a sub-waiting area information acquisition unit 34 that acquires sub-waiting area information indicating a predetermined area including a waiting station; a vehicle information acquisition unit 35 that acquires waiting state information and position information of a vehicle; a waiting vehicle information acquisition unit 36 that acquires vehicle allocation priority at the waiting station; an order information acquisition unit 31 that acquires order information including the position information indicating an allocation position of a vehicle which received a vehicle allocation order; a candidate vehicle retrieval unit 41 that retrieves candidate vehicles which match conditions of the order information; a nearest vehicle selection unit 42 that selects the nearest vehicle, which is the nearest to the allocation position, from the candidate vehicles; a nearest vehicle position determination unit 44 that determines whether or not the nearest vehicle is in the sub-waiting area; and a vehicle allocation instruction notification unit 61 that notifies a candidate vehicle with the highest vehicle allocation priority out of candidate vehicles waiting at the waiting station of a vehicle allocation instruction, when the nearest vehicle is in the sub-waiting area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
