To provide a magnetic shield device capable of facilitating installation work when an AC magnetic field generated by flowing an AC current through an electric cable installed on a railway vehicle is shielded and surely shielding the AC magnetic field while securing electromagnetic compatibility.SOLUTION: A magnetic shield device 5 includes a conductor 11, which has an end part 11a and an end part 11b on the opposite side of the end part 11a and is arranged along an electric cable 4, a conductor 12 having an end part 12a and an end part 12b on the opposite side of the end part 12a, in which the end part 12a is connected to the end part 11a of the conductor 11 and the end part 12b is connected to the end part 11b of the conductor 11, and a surrounding part 13 surrounding the electric cable 4 and the conductor 11.
