To provide a water bottom shape measurement device which is advantageous for simplifying structure while suppressing a cost.SOLUTION: A water bottom shape measurement device generates three-dimensional shape information by measuring three-dimensional shape of a water bottom 22 by having a three-dimensional shape measuring unit 14E suspended from an unmanned flying body 14 through a supporting member 20 positioned in water as well as generates a position of the unmanned flying body 14 by a measuring unit 14D as position information and generates the shape of the water bottom 22 as water bottom shape information indicated by a coordinate position on earth by a water bottom shape information generation unit 12F based on the three-dimensional information and the position information.
