To prevent a press-fit load of a rotor from being reduced by a press-fit fixing part even in the case where an oil sneaks into an inner peripheral surface of an output shaft before inserting the rotor to the output shaft.SOLUTION: An output shaft 637 is formed in a cylindrical shape including an insertion hole 637 in which a rotor 4 can be inserted, and rotationally driven by a drive source D. A bearing 85 supports the output shaft 637 from an outer peripheral side in such a manner that the output shaft can be slid. The output shaft 637 is provided on an inner peripheral surface forming the insertion hole 637a and includes a press-fit fixing part 81 by which the rotor 4 is press-fitted and fixed in a rotatable manner integrally with the output shaft 637. The press-fit fixing part 81 includes six grooves 86a-86f, 86g-86l and 86m-86r extending in a direction along a rotation axis of the output shaft 637.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
