To quickly and easily estimate the full charge capacity of a secondary battery with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A battery management system includes a control device 210 and a storage device 220. The storage device 220 stores at least one trained neural network. The trained neural network has an input layer for accepting input data indicating a numerical value for each pixel in an image in which a predetermined CCV waveform (CCV charge waveform or CCV discharge waveform) of a secondary battery is drawn in a region of a predetermined number of pixels, and is configured to output a full charge capacity of the secondary battery when the input data is input to the input layer. The control device 210 is configured to estimate the full charge capacity of a target battery upon input of the input data acquired for the target battery into the input layer of the trained neural network.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
