To provide a magnetic field shielding structure which makes a leakage magnetic field from a power, line equal to or less than 1 m T on a railway vehicle floor and reduces a total weight, the power line being arranged under the floor and transmitting a heavy current.SOLUTION: A magnetic field shielding structure for a railway vehicle shields a magnetic field caused by a power line arranged under a floor of the railway vehicle and is characterized by it that the structure comprises a power line duct covering the power lines and a magnetic field shielding plate contacting with the power line duct and arranged between the floor and the power lines, and in a cross-section viewed from a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the power lines, both ends of the magnetic field shield plate incline in the opposite direction to the floor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
