To provide a rod-like member suspension device and an oscillation suppression tool capable of suppressing oscillation of a rod-like member when the rod-like member such as a bore sleeve of a steel plate coil is suspended by using a hoist, a bore sleeve replacing method, and a coil manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A rod-like member suspension device 1 comprises: a hook 4 that has a frame 41 extending in one direction roughly parallel to a horizontal direction and at least two connection parts 42 connected to a rod-like member below both sides of the frame 41 in the extending direction; a hoist 2 that is connected to the hook 4 via a linear member and that hoists the hook 4 by winding up/down the linear member; and an oscillation suppression tool 9 integrally attached to the hoist 2. The oscillation suppression tool 9 includes a damping member that vertically extends. The damping member includes a slit that vertically extends at a position overlapping the frame 41 seen from a vertical direction. The slit has a width large enough to enable insertion of the frame 41, and is larger on a lower width than an upper width in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ホイストを用いて鋼板コイルの内径スリーブ等の棒状部材を吊り上げる際に、棒状部材の振れを抑制することができる、棒状部材の吊り装置、振れ抑制冶具、内径スリーブの交換方法及びコイルの製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】略水平方向に平行な一方向に延伸するフレーム41と、フレーム41の延伸方向の両端側の下側に、棒状部材に接続する少なくとも2つの接続部42とを有するフック4と、フック4と線状部材で連結され、線状部材を巻き上げ及び巻き下ろすことで、フック4を昇降させるホイスト2と、ホイスト2に一体的に取り付けられる振れ抑制冶具9と、を備え、振れ抑制冶具9は、上下方向に伸びる制振部材を有し、制振部材は、上下方向から視てフレーム41と重畳する位置に、上下方向に伸びるスリットを有し、スリットは、フレーム41が挿入可能な幅を有し、上下方向の上側に比べて下側の幅が大きい、棒状部材の吊り装置1。【選択図】図1
