To realize a horn in which deformation of a diaphragm is suppressed.SOLUTION: A horn 1A includes a case 10 having a flange portion 12, a diaphragm 20 having a peripheral edge portion 23 fixed to the flange portion 12 and closing an opening 11 of the case 10, and an annular fixing ring 60 sandwiching the flange portion 12 and the peripheral edge portion 23 to fix to each other. The flange portion 12 and the peripheral edge portion 23 are laminated so that the upper surface of the flange portion and the lower surface of the peripheral edge portion face each other, and the fixing ring 60 includes a lower fixing portion 61 abutting on the lower surface of the flange portion, an upper fixing portion 62 abutting on the upper surface of the peripheral edge portion, and a connecting portion 63 for connecting the lower fixing portion 61 and the upper fixing portion 62. The upper fixing portion 62 is in surface contact with the upper surface of the peripheral edge portion, and an inner peripheral surface 62a of the upper fixing portion 62 is located radially more inside than a proximity point where a spacing between the upper surface of the flange portion and the lower surface of the peripheral edge portion is the narrowest, in the stacking direction of the flange portion 12 and the peripheral edge portion 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
