To enhance cooling efficiency of a cooling object effectively.SOLUTION: In an introduction wind mechanism 40 which introduces travel wind on a cooling object installed in a rearward direction of a front bumper 7 of a vehicle 1, it contains introduction wind plates 41, 42 which are arranged in a rearward direction of the front bumper 7 and in a frontward direction of the cooling target. The introduction wind plates 41, 42 extend in a vehicle vertical direction so that at least one part protrudes to a downward direction of a lower end of the front bumper 7 and at the same time at least a front end side is arranged by offsetting to a left side and/or a right side with respect to a vehicle width direction center, and are provided slantingly to the vehicle cross direction so that the front end side positions in a vehicle width direction outside of a rear end side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
