To provide a resin window which is provided at a roof of a vehicle and enables rigid fastening to a vehicle body and higher sealability of a resin panel to be secured while absorbing thermal expansion/contraction of the resin panel.SOLUTION: A resin window structure includes: a fastening member 20 which fastens a resin panel 10 to a flange part 5a of a roof 2; and a seal member 30 which seals a gap between the resin panel 10 and the flange part 5a of the roof 2 and is formed of a material different from that of the fastening member 20. The fastening member 20 and the seal member 30 respectively have bending parts 20b, 30b serving as displacement absorbing portions for absorbing displacement, which is caused mainly by thermal expansion and contraction, of the resin panel 10 in a surface direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】車両のルーフに設ける樹脂ウインドウにおいて、樹脂パネルの熱伸縮を吸収しつつ、車両ボディに対する強固な締結とより高いシール性が確保されるようにする。【解決手段】樹脂パネル10をルーフ2のフランジ部5aに締結する締結部材20と、樹脂パネル10とルーフ2のフランジ部5aの間をシールし、かつ締結部材20と別の材料で構成されたシール部材30を有する。締結部材20とシール部材30は、樹脂パネル10の主として熱膨張による面方向の変位を吸収する変位吸収部位として屈曲部20b,30bを有する。【選択図】図2
