To provide a structure capable of preventing torque transmission by an intermediate shaft from becoming impossible even if a restricted part formed at an inner shaft is broken.SOLUTION: A hollow cylindrical protective tube 14 is fitted on portions adjacent to both sides in the axial direction of a restricted part 7 of an inner shaft 6, straddling the restricted part 7, so that torque transmission can be executed and a relative displacement relating to the axial direction cannot be generated by fixing means 23a, 23b such as ellipse fitting under a steady state. On both sides of the restricted part 7 relating to the axial direction, there are provided a pair of snap rings 19a, 19b limiting a relative displacement relating to the axial direction of the inner shaft 6 to the protective tube 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】インナシャフトに設けられた括れ部が破断した場合にも、中間シャフトによるトルク伝達が不能になる事を防止できる構造を実現する。【解決手段】中空円筒状の保護チューブ14を、括れ部7を跨いだ状態で、インナシャフト6のうちでこの括れ部7の軸方向両側に隣接する部分に対し、トルク伝達可能に、且つ、定常状態において、楕円嵌合等の固定手段23a、23bにより軸方向に関する相対変位を不能に外嵌する。又、軸方向に関して括れ部7の両側部分に、インナシャフト6と保護チューブ14との軸方向に関する相対変位を制限する、1対の止め輪19a、19bを設ける。【選択図】図2
