To provide an elastic support device etc. which can change support rigidity with a simple structure.SOLUTION: An elastic support device includes: a first member 111; a second member 140 which is displaced relative to the first member; and an elastic member 130 provided between the first member and the second member. A cavity part 131 is provided in the elastic member. The elastic support device includes a pressing member 150 which shifts between a first state in which the pressing member presses an area, which is located near the cavity part, at a surface part of the elastic member and a second state where the pressing is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
