To provide an electric power conversion device provided with an element arrangement in which independence of a power source is secured and an element arrangement in which an impedance difference between phases can be easily suppressed.SOLUTION: An electric power conversion device 1000, which supplies electric power to a motor having winding of an n-phase, is provided with: a first inverter 101 comprising switch elements with n-phases respectively which are connected to one end of the winding; a second inverter 102 comprising switch elements of n-phases respectively which are connected to the other end with respect to the one end; and a base plate that is mounted with switch elements 113H-118L of n-phases respectively and common elements (separation switches 121-124) provided in at least either of a power source end and a grand end in common with the switch elements of the respective phases, for the first and the second inverters. The base plate is partitioned into a mounting area for the first inverter and a mounting area for the second inverter, and the switch elements and the common elements in the inverters are mounted in n+1 locations circularly arranged when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the base plate to be divided into the common elements and the phases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
