To obtain an energy management system which can generate a more appropriate charging schedule than ever before.SOLUTION: An EMS 30 is provided that generates a system charge/discharge plan including a charge plan of chargers 10-1 to 10-n which can charge a storage battery provided on a vehicle and a charge/discharge plan of a storage battery which can store power generated by a photovoltaic facility and can supply discharged power to the chargers 10-1 to 10-n. The EMS 30 comprises: a plan generation unit 302 which predicts the power generation amount of the photovoltaic facility based on information indicative of weather forecast, and generates the system charge/discharge plan based on the predicted value of the power generation amount and the operation schedule of the vehicle; and a plan update unit 304 which updates the system charge/discharge plan based on information indicative of updated weather forecast.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
