To provide a motor control device and an electrically-driven assisted vehicle capable of adjusting reference speed in regenerative control.SOLUTION: A motor control device of the present invention includes: (A) a control portion that determines an amount of regeneration based on a reference speed which is a second vehicle speed set according to a predetermined first vehicle speed or running condition, and controls the regeneration by a motor according to the determined regeneration amount; and (B) a reference speed setting portion that automatically changes the reference speed during the regeneration control. The reference speed may be changed according to a driving time or a driving distance, or may be decreased or increased only by a predetermined change width or a predetermined ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
