To provide a radial roller bearing capable of suppressing increase of friction resistance and preventing seizure even under a lubrication environment in which lubricant is supplied intermittently or under a lubrication environment in which an amount of lubricant is minute.SOLUTION: A holder 14 of a roller bearing 10 has a gap S1 between an axial inner end surface 14b of a pair of annular parts 14a and an axial outer end surface 13b of a roller 13, and is provided so as to be movable within a predetermined range along an axial direction. The axial inner end surface 14b of the pair of annular parts 14a is provided with a groove (oil-holding part) 20 for holding lubricant.
