To provide a shift control method and a shift control system capable of more quickly completing a shift at the time of braking a vehicle having a front wheel side transmission and a rear wheel side transmission.SOLUTION: A shift control method includes the steps of: if both of shift conditions of front-wheel down shift and shift conditions of rear wheel down shift are satisfied during friction braking performed when required braking force during braking of a vehicles 100 is a prescribed threshold value or more, executing the front wheel down shift and the rear wheel down shift in parallel; if both of the shift condition of the front wheel down shift and the shift condition of the rear wheel down shift are satisfied during regenerative braking executed when the required braking force is less than the prescribed threshold, executing the rear wheel down shift after completion of the front wheel down shift, or executing the front wheel down shift after completion of the rear wheel down shift; and compensating braking force loss of the front wheels during the front wheel down shift by regenerative braking force of the rear wheels, and compensating braking force loss of the rear wheels during the rear wheel down shift by regenerative braking force of the front wheels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】前輪側変速機と後輪側変速機を有する車両の制動時において変速をより速やかに完了させることのできる変速制御方法及び変速制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】車両100の制動時における要求制動力が所定閾値以上である場合に実行される摩擦制動中に前輪ダウン変速の変速条件及び後輪ダウン変速の変速条件の双方が成立すると、前輪ダウン変速及び後輪ダウン変速を並行して実行し、要求制動力が所定閾値未満である場合に実行される回生制動中に前輪ダウン変速の変速条件及び後輪ダウン変速の変速条件の双方が成立すると、前輪ダウン変速の完了後に後輪ダウン変速を実行するか、又は後輪ダウン変速の完了後に前記前輪ダウン変速を実行し、前輪ダウン変速中における前記前輪の制動力抜けを後輪の回生制動力で補填し、後輪ダウン変速中における後輪の制動力抜けを前輪の回生制動力で補填する。【選択図】図3
