To provide a driving device of a four wheel drive vehicle which can control driving force to be transmitted to left and right driving wheels at front and rear sides only by output control of left and right electric motors without using a front-rear difference rotation absorption mechanism such as a coupling.SOLUTION: A driving device of an electric motor type four wheel drive vehicle includes: a first motor and a second motor provided at one of a front wheel side and a rear wheel side; a first differential mechanism connected to the first motor; a second differential mechanism connected to the second motor; and a propeller shaft which transmits power between the front wheel side and the rear wheel side. The first differential mechanism distributes output torque of the first motor to a left wheel at one of the front wheel side and the rear wheel side and the other of the front wheel side and the rear wheel side. The second differential mechanism distributes output torque of the second motor to a right wheel at one of the front wheel side and the rear wheel side and the other of the front wheel side and the rear wheel side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
