To make it possible to improve an accuracy of calculating a water depth at a flooding point.SOLUTION: As an example, a road surface water depth calculation device of an embodiment comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires a flooding point where a vehicle travels and a water depth candidate at the flooding point; an extraction unit that extracts a plurality of consecutive flooding points among the acquired flooding points; an altitude acquisition unit that acquires an altitude of the extracted flooding points; an estimation unit that estimates a sum of the water depth candidate of each of the extracted flooding points and the altitude acquired by the altitude acquisition unit as a water surface elevation that is the altitude of the water surface of each of the extracted flooding points; and a calculation unit that calculates a water depth of the extracted flooding point based on the water surface elevation of each of the extracted flooding points and the altitude acquired by the altitude acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
