The base film 4 is formed on the home surface 21. The heat generating coating film 5 is planar and is formed on the base film 4. The coating film 6 covers the heat generating coating film 5. The base film 4 has an insulating property. The heat generating coating film 5 generates heat in a planar shape when being energized. The coating film 6 has waterproof and insulating properties.
