To provide a mobile blood sampling vehicle operation management system capable of improving the efficiency of blood sampling by a mobile blood sampling vehicle.SOLUTION: A server 110 includes a blood sampling result collection unit 111 for collecting blood sampling result information by a mobile blood sampling vehicle, a blood sampling prediction unit 112 for calculating a blood sampling prediction amount of each blood type, at least for each blood sampling place by using the blood sampling result information collected and stored by the blood sampling result collection unit 111, and an operation instruction unit 113 for making an operation instruction to the mobile blood sampling vehicle on the basis of the blood sampling prediction amount acquired by the blood sampling prediction unit 112.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
