To provide a maintenance work plan support device and a maintenance work plan support method that enable maintenance work to be scheduled during train operation hours in the daytime while suppressing the impact on transportation.SOLUTION: A maintenance work plan support device comprises: storage units each for storing operation plan information for trains operated on railway routes, storing transportation record information that is information on the number of users transported by the trains, and storing maintenance target information including section information that is information on the routes and sections that are subjected to maintenance work and required time information that is required for the maintenance work; a calculation processing unit for referring to one or both of the operation plan information and the transportation record information based on the section information and the required time information to calculate the degree of transportation impact, which is an index indicating the degree of impact on the transportation for users who use the section specified by the section information when performing the maintenance work during train operation hours; and an extraction processing unit for extracting candidates for maintenance work hours, which are the hours for performing the maintenance work based on the calculated degree of transportation impact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】輸送への影響を抑えつつ、昼間の列車運行時間帯への保守作業の組み込みを可能にする、保守作業計画支援装置及び保守作業計画支援方法を提供する。【解決手段】保守作業計画支援装置は、鉄道路線で運行される列車の運行計画情報を記憶し、その列車によって輸送される利用者数に関する情報である輸送実績情報を記憶し、保守作業実施の対象となる路線及び区間に関する情報である区間情報と、保守作業の所要時間情報とを含む保守対象情報を記憶する各記憶部と、区間情報と所要時間情報とに基づいて、運行計画情報及び輸送実績情報のいずれかまたは両方を参照し、保守作業を列車運行時間帯に実施する場合に区間情報で特定される区間を利用する利用者の輸送への影響度合いを示す指標である輸送影響度を算出する算出処理部と、算出した輸送影響度に基づいて保守作業を実施する時間帯である保守作業時間帯の候補を抽出する抽出処理部と、を備える。【選択図】図2
