To provide a vehicle battery protection structure which enables a battery module to be cooled effectively and can protect a battery pack during a rear collision of a vehicle even in a case that the battery pack is mounted in a narrow installation space.SOLUTION: A second air intake duct 62 of an air intake duct 60 has: a first connection part 62A connected to a rear end part 50A of a battery pack 50; a second connection part 62B spaced apart from the first connection part 62A in a vehicle width direction and connected to the rear end part 50A of the battery pack 50; and a curved part 62C allowing communication between the first connection part 62A and the second connection part 62B and curved to the vehicle rear in a protruding manner in a plan view. The curve part 62C forms a curved part front space, a space facing a vehicle body from above, with the rear end part 50A of the battery pack 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】狭い設置空間にバッテリパックを搭載する場合でも、バッテリモジュールを良好に冷却でき、車両の後突時にバッテリパックを保護することができる車両のバッテリ保護構造を提供すること。【解決手段】吸気ダクト60の第2吸気ダクト62は、バッテリパック50の後端部50Aに連結される第1連結部62Aと、第1連結部62Aと車幅方向に離隔し、バッテリパック50の後端部50Aに連結される第2連結部62Bと、第1連結部62Aと第2連結部62Bとを連絡し、平面視で車両後方に突状に湾曲する湾曲部62Cと、を有している。そして、湾曲部62Cは、バッテリパック50の後端部50Aとの間に上方から車体を望む空間である湾曲部前方空間を形成している。【選択図】図1
