To provide a vehicular electric device 10 configured so that conduction noise is suppressed from being conducted to the outside of a vehicle.SOLUTION: In a vehicular electric device 10, when determining that a high-voltage battery 20 is not charged from the outside of a vehicle, a CPU 13 stops a low-noise internal power source 11 and then makes a high-efficiency internal power source 12 output power source voltages. When determining that the battery is charged from the outside of the vehicle, the CPU 13 stops the high-efficiency internal power source 12 and then makes the low-noise internal power source 11 output power source voltages.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
