To provide a conveyance system capable of selectively supplying a fluid source to an apparatus on a conveyance body in a station.SOLUTION: A conveyance system comprises a conveyance rail, a conveyance body, a downstream side supply device, an upstream side supply device, and a control part for controlling operation of the conveyance system. The downstream side supply device comprises: a downstream side base part connected to the conveyance body; a downstream side connection terminal; and a holding body which is supported in a relatively movable manner in an axial direction with respect to the downstream side base part to hold the downstream side connection terminal so as to displace to a retreat position and an advance position along the axial direction. The upstream side supply device comprises: an upstream side base part; an upstream side connection terminal; a traction body which includes an engaging part capable of engaging with a to-be-engaged part of the holding body or the downstream side connection terminal and, by moving along the axial direction in a state where the engaging part and the to-be-engaged part are engaged, pulls the holding body to displace the downstream side connection terminal between the retreat position and the advance position; and a drive rail for driving the traction body in the axial direction. The traction body pulls the downstream side connection terminal to the advance position so that the downstream side connection terminal is fluidly connected to the upstream side connection terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ステーションにおいて搬送体上の機器に流体源を選択的に供給することが可能である搬送システムを提供する。【解決手段】搬送システムは、搬送レールと、搬送体と、下流側供給装置と、上流側供給装置と、搬送システムの動作を制御する制御部とを備える。下流側供給装置は、搬送体に連結された下流側基部と、下流側接続端子と、下流側基部に対して軸方向に相対的に移動可能に支持され、下流側接続端子を軸方向に沿った後退位置及び前進位置に変位可能に保持する保持体とを備える。上流側供給装置は、上流側基部と、上流側接続端子と、保持体又は下流側接続端子の被係合部に係合可能な係合部を有し、係合部及び被係合部が係合した状態で軸方向に沿って移動することにより、保持体を牽引して下流側接続端子を後退位置と前進位置との間で変位させる牽引体と、牽引体を軸方向に駆動する駆動レールと、を備える。牽引体が下流側接続端子を前進位置に牽引することによって、下流側接続端子が上流側接続端子に流体接続する。【選択図】図1
