To provide an air conditioner, an air-conditioning control method, and a program which are able to control pre-air conditioning using power from the outside of a vehicle even when a prohibition time zone where the prohibition of charging is desired is set.SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes: a secondary battery which can be charged with power supplied from the outside of a vehicle and stores power for the traveling of the vehicle; an air-conditioning unit for performing air conditioning in a vehicle cabin; a timer for managing a time to operate the air-conditioning unit; and a control unit for setting a charging prohibition time zone prohibiting the charging of the secondary battery in a time zone set by a user. When, in the charging prohibition time zone, the power is supplied, and the operation setting of the air-conditioning unit is made by the timer, the control unit does not charge the secondary battery with the power and uses the power to operate the air-conditioning unit. When, in a time zone other than the charging prohibition time zone, the power is supplied, and the operation setting of the air-conditioning unit is made by the timer, the control unit charges the secondary battery with the power and uses the power to operate the air-conditioning unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】充電を禁止したい禁止時間帯を設定した場合であっても、車両外からの電力を用いたプリ空調を制御することができる空調装置、空調制御方法、およびプログラムを提供することを目的の一つとする。【解決手段】空調装置は、車両外から供給される電力を充電可能であり、車両の走行のための電力を蓄える二次電池と、車両の車室内の空調を行う空調部と、空調部を動作させる時間を管理するタイマーと、利用者によって設定された時間帯に二次電池への充電を禁止する充電禁止時間帯を設定する制御部と、を備え、制御部は、充電禁止時間帯に電力が供給され且つタイマーにより空調部の動作設定がなされた場合、二次電池に対して電力の充電を行わず、電力を用いて空調部を動作させ、充電禁止時間帯以外の時間帯に電力が供給され且つタイマーにより空調部の動作設定がなされた場合、二次電池に対して電力の充電を行うと共に、電力を用いて空調部を動作させる。【選択図】図1
