To provide a vehicular seat base material that is light in weight and has good cushioning properties and also has good sound absorbing and sound insulating properties, and ensures adhesion between a cushion material and the vehicular seat base material, and a vehicular seat including the vehicular seat base material.SOLUTION: A vehicular seat 10 has a vehicular seat base material 11 on which a cushion material 21 is layered, the vehicular seat base material 11 being formed from a semi-hard urethane foam with a density (JISK7222) of 30-70 kg/m3. For the hardness of the semi-hard urethane foam of the vehicular sheet base material 11, it is preferable that the hardness at 2% compression is 100-500 N, the hardness at 5% compression is 200-800 N, and the hardness at 10% compression is 300-1000 N.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】軽量でクッション性が良好であり、さらに吸音性及び遮音性も良好であり、かつクッション材と車両用シート基材との接着性が良好な車両用シート基材と、その車両用シート基材を用いる車両用シートを提供する。【解決手段】車両用シート基材11にクッション材21が積層された車両用シート10において、車両用シート基材11を、密度(JISK7222準拠)30〜70kg/m3の半硬質ウレタンフォームで構成した。車両用シート基材11を構成する半硬質ウレタンフォームの硬さは、2%圧縮時の硬さが100〜500N、5%圧縮時の硬さが200〜800N、10%圧縮時の硬さが300〜1000Nであるのが好ましい。【選択図】図1
