To address an underlying problem that when only a controller installed in a moving vehicle is used to perform processing of searching for a moving route of the moving vehicle, a load is imposed on the controller included in the moving vehicle and it takes time to obtain a result of computation.SOLUTION: A management server 40 includes: a position checking unit 42 that checks a stopover point and position of a vehicle; an objective function determination unit 43 that determines an objective function; a vehicle decision unit 44 that decides based on pieces of information collected from plural vehicles whether the respective vehicles are moving vehicles which are moving or scheduled to move, or halted vehicles that are at a halt; and a computation assignment determination unit 45 that determines assignment of arithmetic processing, which is performed to plan a route of a moving vehicle that moves while consuming energy fed from an energy storage to a drive source, to any of halted vehicles capable of computing the objective function, and allows a controller, which is included in the halted vehicle, to compute the objective function via a server-side communication unit 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】移動車両に搭載されたコントローラだけで移動車両の移動経路を探索する処理を行うと、移動車両が有するコントローラに負荷がかかり、演算結果を得るまでに時間もかかっていた。【解決手段】管理サーバ40は、車両の経由地点、及び車両の位置を確認する位置確認部42と、目的関数を決定する目的関数決定部43と、複数の車両から収集した情報に基づいて、それぞれの車両が、移動中又は移動予定である移動車両と、停止中である停止車両とのいずれであるかを判断する車両判断部44と、目的関数を演算可能な停止車両に対して、エネルギー蓄積部から駆動源に供給されるエネルギーを消費して移動する移動車両の経路を計画するための演算処理の割振りを決定し、サーバ側通信部41を通じて停止車両が有するコントローラに演算させる演算割振決定部45と、を備える。【選択図】図5
