To provide an oil supply structure of a wet multiple disc clutch which enables an entire clutch part to be assembled easily.SOLUTION: An oil supply structure of a wet multiple disc clutch includes: a first shaft in which a first oil passage, in which an oil to be supplied to a wet multiple disc clutch flows, is formed in parallel to a center line; a second shaft which is connected to the first shaft by the wet multiple disc clutch and in which a second oil passage, in which the oil flows, is formed in parallel with a center line; and a cylindrical seal carrier which is held by the first shaft so as to slide in an axial direction of the first shaft and allows the first oil passage and the second oil passage to communicate with each other. The seal carrier is pressed to an end surface of the second shaft directly or through an intermediate member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
