To properly perform illumination when performing cooperative travel of a first work vehicle and a second work vehicle.SOLUTION: A cooperative travel system of a work vehicle performs cooperative travel of a first work vehicle having a first illumination lamp and a first control device for controlling the first illumination lamp and a second work vehicle having a second illumination lamp and a second control device for controlling the second illumination lamp. The cooperative travel system includes: a first positioning device which detects a first advancing direction of the first work vehicle; and a second positioning device which detects a second advancing direction of the second work vehicle.
