To provide a battery unit mounting structure of an electric vehicle which can achieve both road noise performance and riding comfort performance.SOLUTION: A battery unit mounting structure of an electric vehicle includes a pair of left and right floor frames 3, and a battery unit 10 mounted to the pair of floor frames 3. The battery unit 10 includes battery modules 11, and a battery case 12 storing the multiple battery modules 11. The battery unit 10 is arranged over a range from a first storage part S1 below a front seat to second and third storage parts S2 and S3 behind the front seat. The number of front-side fastening parts 51s and 51t (51p) of the battery modules 11 corresponding to the first storage part S1 is set to be smaller than the number of rear-side fastening parts 52s, 52t, and 52u of the battery modules 11 corresponding to the first storage part S1. The fastening part 51t is arranged on a vehicle width direction inner side relative to the fastening part 52s (52t) arranged on a vehicle width direction outer side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
