To provide a ship power storage element monitoring system, a ship power storage facility, and a ship power storage element monitoring method that can remotely monitor power storage elements mounted on ships.SOLUTION: A ship power storage element monitoring system includes: a power storage element mounted on a ship; a battery management device mounted on the ship for acquiring power storage element information on the state of the power storage element; a storage device mounted on the ship for storing the power storage element information acquired by the battery management device; a first communication device mounted on the ship; and a second communication device installed outside the ship and capable of communicating with the first communication device via a predetermined wireless communication channel. The first communication device includes a monitoring device that transmits the power storage element information stored in the storage device to the second communication device, and further acquires the power storage element information received by the second communication device when communication with the second communication device is established.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
