To provide a hybrid-vehicular control apparatus capable of appropriately suppressing the occurrence of oil dilution even under an environment where outside temperatures are low, in charging a battery by operating an engine.SOLUTION: A control apparatus includes: a charge state detection part 302 for detecting a charge amount of a battery 19; a charge execution part 303 for starting an engine 13 when a charge amount of the battery 19 becomes a start threshold or lower, and stopping the engine 13 when a charge amount of the battery 19 becomes a stop threshold or higher, thus charging the battery 19; an outside-temperature state detection part 301 for detecting an outside temperature surrounding a vehicle; and a threshold change part 304 for changing at least either of the start threshold and stop threshold so that a difference between the start threshold and stop threshold becomes larger proportionately as the outside temperature decreases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
