To obtain a motor controller capable of performing operation that has high output and is stable.SOLUTION: A motor controller comprises: a cooling unit 21 having one surface on which a plurality of heat generation sources including a power semiconductor element 25 are arranged in a matrix form and the other surface on which a rectangular heat dissipation region 24 and a cooling space are formed; matrix position correspondence manifolds provided on adjacent two sides of four sides surrounding the heat dissipation region 24; a connection flow passage 26i having one end communicating with an inlet of a cooling water circulation flow passage 8 and the other end connected to the respective matrix position correspondence manifolds via individual passages 28ai, 28bi, 28ci, 28hi; and an opening/closing control mechanism for controlling an open/close state of each of the individual passages.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
